The perfect coffee

Nothing quite like enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee once you have climbing out of your sleeping bag.
I feel that coffee, like food tastes better when outdoors made upon an open fire.
So i am going to share with you what to me is the way for perfect coffee outdoors.

Start with a good quality ground coffee, non of this instant coffee.
Use fresh clean water, remember the taste of water will affect how the coffees taste.
Make the coffee in the water no need for fancy gizmos.

Bring to just below the boil, then take the pot off the heat and let the grounds brew for around 4 minutes, giving time for the ground to settle.
Pour slowly so the grounds stay in the pot and enjoy.
